  1. Definitions

This document describes the terms of Visitor’s and Customer’s interactions with www.highvalleysd.com, known hereafter as “Website,” which is the website for High Valley Snow and Dirt llc, known hereafter as “Company.”

A Customer is defined as a Visitor to the website who has signed an electronic service agreement or purchased a service from Website. Customer and Visitor may be hereafter referred to as “you.”

  1. Company and You

When using services on Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so that Company can provide the services you need. If you choose to become a Customer, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of your account and the information therein, notwithstanding the obligation of Website to safeguard your account information as described in Website’s Privacy Policy. Please see the Privacy Policy to understand how Website utilizes your information.

  1. Age

By using Website’s services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Website’s services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website’s services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your guardian must agree to these terms.

  1. Payment and Refunds

Before making a purchase on Website, you will be required to agree to Company’s service agreement. Once you agree to the service agreement and payment is made through Website’s payment provider, Stripe, you acknowledge that Company does not allow refunds for any reason except for in the case of Company’s failure to complete services due to equipment failure. All sales are final. You warrant that your payment information is accurate and complete and agree to pay all fees as necessary to receive a service from Company. How payment information is handled is described in Website’s Privacy Policy, WordPress’ Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice, and Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Company utilizes a secure payment page hosted by Stripe for online invoice payments.

All services provided by Company and Website are “as is. Company makes no warranty, express or implied.

  1. Disputes

Any disputes arising between you and Company will be resolved according to the laws of the state of Idaho, United States of America.
